Mission & Focus
Emmanuel AME Church Lay Organization is part of the Connectional Lay Organization of the African Methodist Episcopal (A.M.E.) Church. The Emmanuel AME Church Lay Organization carries out the mission of the A.M.E. CHURCH by ministering to the spiritual, intellectual, physical, emotional, and environmental needs of all people by spreading Christ’s liberating gospel through word and deed.

To coordinate activities in the areas of social, racial, and economic relations; temperance, world peace, and community cooperation as directed by the Connectional Social Action Commission.
