    • We are still observing our “Summer Break” for the month of August. Please use this break as a time to relax, refresh, renew, and restore as we prepare to continue our ministries in September. May God bless everyone to have a safe, restful, and refreshing “Summer Break.”
    • Our students are back in school and college!! Please pray for all students, teachers, and administrators to have a safe and productive school year!!
    • Our Second Quarterly Conference will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at 10:00 AM with Presiding Elder Rivers. The reporting period is June 12, 2026 to August 31, 2026. All Ministry Reports are due to Sis. Burrell and the Church Office by September 1, 2026.
    • Our Official Board meeting is Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 7 PM via Zoom.
    • Our Steward Board meeting is Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 7 PM via Zoom.
    • Please make plans to attend, and be in prayer for Brother/Dr. Clarence Collins, as he prepares to give his initial sermon on tomorrow, Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. Everyone is invited to attend!

    • Pastor Gladney and our Praise Team are invited to worship with the Shiloh (New Site) Baptist Church, Stafford, VA, on Sunday, August 23, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. for their Church Anniversary. Pastor Gladney will be the guest preacher. Everyone is invited.
    • Emmanuel is invited to worship and participate with Living Water AME Church in their Homecoming Celebration on September 13, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. Please mark your calendars and make plans to attend this event to support Rev. and Sis. Davis as they begin their newly appointed ministry in service to this church and community.     • Attention ALL Ladies: Please save the date to attend a Women’s Conference on Saturday, November 7, 2026, hosted by Emmanuel AME Church! The theme is “Boldly Destined: Embracing the Woman God Created You to Be.” Registration is open now and ends on October 24, 2026. Weekly Activities & Events

    • Please join our Morning Manna Intercessory Prayer on Monday – Friday, at 6:30 A.M., via Teleconference. The Dial-In Number is (425) 436-6280, Access Code: 325044#.
    • Our Emmanuel Family Time Hour is on break during August but we will have special Bible Study sessions each Wednesday at 7:00 P.M. via Zoom.
    • Our Thurman Brisben Feeding is held every 3rd Sunday of each month at 7:00 A.M. (Please arrive by 6:45 A. M.) Volunteers are always welcome! Please contact Sis. Lattreta White to sign up. 
    • Everyone is encouraged to support our Emmanuel Summer Strong Program and to maintain their Christian stewardship by giving tithes, offerings, benevolence, and sacrificial offerings consistently and honor their commitment to God !!
    •  The word “THRIVE” conveys a general sense of effort, diligence, and earnest endeavor in pursuit of a goal. It suggests not merely attempting but earnestly working towards something significant, often with a spiritual or moral implication.
